DJANGO DJANGO

Creative direction for the live shows of Scottish indie electro band Django Django (2011-2015). The shows were a mash-up of rave visuals, psychedelic light show effects, and artistic inventiveness, which drew on the aesthetic potential of old skool UV canons, UV strips, venetian blinds, and standard lightbulbs. They later incorporated laser technology, mind bending live-edited projected video, and light responsive materials. The show design was acclaimed for its incorporation of artist-designed lighting, video, and set pieces.

I also directed the music video for Django Django’s song Waveforms. LINK
